$450- up to 14 participants

Please Note: 

  • Prices may increase due to agreed upon activity materials

  • Traveling fee may be applied

  • No paint options are available to lesson chance of damage

  • The Art Bus occupies about 4 parking spaces (45 feet long)

  • No heat or AC in the Art Bus

  • Additional fees if hours or participants added

This versatile space is ready to host your event, with art and color woven into its aesthetic. Whether you prefer to decorate or let the space speak for itself, Art in the Heart sets the stage for a memorable experience.

  • Agreed upon art activity for up to 30 participants ($25 every additional guest)

  • 1 Instructor

  • 1 hour art activity

  • 2 hours for food, community time, etc.

  • Seating up to 72 (12 tables)

  • Art supplies can be blocked by moveable walls

  • Area for DJ

  • Sign in area

  • Picture wall area

  • TV Screen, Microphone upon request

Please Note: 

  • Price may increase due to agreed upon activity

  • Decorations and table covers are not included

  • You are given 30 min prior and after for set up and clean up. (additional time may increase fee)

  • We have a refrigerator and water dispenser

  • Wheel chair accessible restrooms

  • You must provide your own cutlery and tableware

  • Please notify us if you need a table for food and drinks (BYOB welcome)

  • Additional fee for onsite tech facilitator
