About the event
Please fill out one form per student. We award each family up to two sessions of scholarships. Scholarships are depending on the amount of funding we are able to raise. After you fill out the form please email a proof of your SNAP or Medicaid benefits with the childs name to classes@artintheheart.org Once approvede we will email you a code to enter.
